What does the Association maintain, and what am I responsible for?
Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their backyard, as well as keeping the front door, windows, garage doors, patio doors, and entrance area clean and well maintained.
Architectural Review
Which projects require HOA approval?
All exterior property modifications require an application and HOA approval.
How do I submit an application, and how long does approval take?
Submit your application using the TownSq architectural review feature. Please include a property survey showing the location of your planned modification and email it to Jamie.Richardson@goodwintx.com. The review process can take up to 30 days.

Submit a request via TownSq and include a detailed description and photo if possible.

How do I report an issue with a neighbor’s home?
Submit a request via TownSq with a photo, the address, and details of the issue. The compliance team will follow up.

How do I register for TownSq?
- Visit https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up
- Enter your Account Number and Zip Code (property address)
- Provide your email address and create a password
